PropellaDocs started from a simple frustration: IT consultants spend a disproportionate amount of time producing documents (proposals, statements of work, project briefs, status reports) in tools that were never designed for consulting engagements. Every proposal is rebuilt from a half-remembered template. Every SOW starts from last quarter's version. The work is repetitive, the quality is inconsistent, and the process adds no value.

We built PropellaDocs to give consultants a workspace that understands the shape of their work. Structured templates for the documents you actually produce. A briefing flow that captures the right context once, then drives AI drafting that doesn't sound generic. Exports and compliance guardrails that are ready when your client is.

We're a small team. We're not going to pretend we have a vast advisory board or a decade of history. We're building this because it needs to exist, and we're doing it carefully: talking to consultants, iterating on what we ship, and keeping the product honest about what it can do.
