Terms of Service

By requesting access to PropellaDocs, joining the waitlist, or using any beta features (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
PropellaDocs provides AI-assisted tooling to generate and manage professional documents. Features may evolve during private beta and early access phases. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features, provided we continue to support the core value proposition communicated during onboarding.
Early access accounts are provisioned to named users within your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly at security@propelladocs.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use PropellaDocs in compliance with all applicable laws and donor confidentiality requirements. You must not upload malicious code, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or use outputs in ways that violate intellectual property rights of third parties.
Private beta access is free of charge unless otherwise stated in a written order form. Paid plans will launch with transparent pricing. If you enter into a paid plan, invoices are due within 30 days, and late payments may result in suspension of access.
PropellaDocs retains all rights to the Services, including AI models, templates, and platform design. You own the content you upload and the outputs generated for your organisation. Grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded materials solely to provide the Services.
We handle personal data in accordance with the PropellaDocs Privacy Policy. You must ensure you have the right to share any personal or sensitive data with us. We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks associated with the data we process for you.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and at least a reasonable standard of care. Confidential information includes non-public business, technical, and financial information shared for the purposes of using the Services.
PropellaDocs is provided “as is” during the beta period. While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI-generated content may include inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before sharing with stakeholders or donors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropellaDocs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the fees paid for the Services in the preceding three months.
You may terminate use of the Services at any time by notifying our team. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that risks harm to the platform or its users. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” below and provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
